Erasmus+ SELF Partners Meet in Tbilisi to Advance Coach Self-Regulation App

Partners of the Erasmus+ SELF project recently gathered for a two-day meeting in Tbilisi, Georgia, held at the Georgian Olympic Committee and hosted by Toko, our Georgian representative. The meeting focused on key next steps in the development and rollout of the project’s self-regulation app for coaches and trainers.

A central topic was the dissemination action plan for the coming months, ensuring that the project’s outcomes will reach a broad audience across the sports community. Partners also reviewed the latest version of the self-regulation app, which is currently at approximately 80% completion. Feedback was exchanged based on pilot testing, including input from trainers, and will now be incorporated into the final version of the app. We had positive and useful feedback from the trainers but we’re aware we have to find ways to make sure future coaches will not only use it a few times but that they make it part of their daily routine.

In addition, the consortium began shaping promotional materials, including visual assets and explanatory videos, which will support the effective launch and adoption of the app among coaches.

The next project meeting will take place in Prague in October, where partners will also organise a dissemination event to present the final results and further engage stakeholders.
